2.Register a partner account
2.1 Register a partner account
- a) To ensure the security of partners’ business, each partner needs to have a SUNMI partner account.

- b) The channel of the printer must be under the account aforementioned when the printer is delivered from the warehouse, otherwise the printer cannot be bound to the account due to an ownership problem.
2.2 Register steps
- a) Click “Register” at https://partner.sunmi.com. It is recommended to use the functions of partner platform through Google browser.
- b) Fill the corresponding content on the register page and click “Register”.
- c) There will be a prompt shows that the email with a button and a link to activate your account has been sent to the mailbox you filled in step 2. Click “Check mailbox” to activate your account.
- d) The email is as below. Please click the button “Activate account” to complete activation. (Please check your spam box if you have not received the email)
- e) After activation, please login to the partner page to complete your information (all blanks must be accurately and completely filled). Please submit your business license if you register as a company and click “Save”. Please wait for our verification and the result will be released through an email sent to you later.
- f) SUNMI will distribute corresponding role when verifying each user. You will officially be our partner after receiving the email contains verification result and you can login the partner platform with the account you registered.
